Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

  • Communications Skills should be better.
  • Should be confident and convincing skills to customer
  • Always ready to learn new things basic Knowledge of computer.
  •  Able to work in inbound and outbound both
  • Rotational Shift for Boys , For girls -Morning Shift 
  • Saturday & Sunday -No Off/ Monday -Friday -1 Roaster week off  
  • Training Session -6 Days
    Shift Timing – – 7AM -4PM & 1:30PM -10:30PM

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills,  :Any Graduate and Post Graduate

Skills/Leadership Competencies :

  • Customer Service (Voice),Technical Support (Voice),Fluency In English,Customer Service (Voice) ,Technical Support (Voice) ,Fluency In English ,Graduates Graduates,CCe CCe
  • Capability to learn the job
  •  Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizing duties
  • Ability to work as team

लड़कों के लिए घूर्णन शिफ्ट, लड़कियों के लिए – सुबह शिफ्ट
शनिवार और रविवार- कोई बंद / सोमवार-शुक्रवार -1 रोस्टर सप्ताह बंद
प्रशिक्षण सत्र -6 दिन
शिफ्ट समय – – 7AM -4PM और 1:30 अपराह्न -10: 30 पीएम

योग्यता:

ज्ञान, कौशल,: कोई स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर

कौशल / नेतृत्व क्षमताएं:

ग्राहक सेवा (आवाज), तकनीकी सहायता (आवाज), अंग्रेजी में प्रवाह, ग्राहक सेवा (आवाज), तकनीकी सहायता (आवाज), अंग्रेजी में प्रवाह, स्नातक स्नातक, सीसीई सीसीई
नौकरी सीखने की क्षमता
अच्छा समस्या निवारण कौशल
